The death has occurred, peacefully, of John Davenport, Aghacashel, Ballyjamesduff, at St. Luke's Hospital, Dublin, on 6 October 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Ivy and Stanley. Much loved husband of Colette. Sadly missed by his loving wife, his sister Jill, his brothers in law, his sisters in law, his nieces Andrea and Helena, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and friends.
Resting at Matthews' Funeral Home, Virginia (A82YV58), for family and friends. Removal to Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan, arriving for 12.30pm celebration of life service on Tuesday. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to cancer research c/o St. Luke's Hospital.
