John Doherty

The sudden death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of John Doherty, (John Charlie Kit) Aberdeenshire, Scotland and Carrick Mc Garvey, Derrybeg, originally from Knockastolar, Bunbeg.

Predeceased by his wife May Roarty.

Sadly missed by his daughters; Ann, Kay & Colleen, son Charles, sister Mary, brothers; Owenie, Pat, Denny & Dermot, in-laws Steven & Alison, grandchildren; Ryan, Joel, Caragh, Ava, Erin & Joseph, great grandchildren; Rae, Rio & Rui and extended family & friends.

His remains will repose at his home in Carrick Mc Garvey, tomorrow, Tuesday from 1pm. House private to family & friends. Rosary at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 3pm in St. Mary's Church, Derrybeg.

John's remains will be repatriated to Scotland on Thursday, to be buried alongside his wife May.
