John Doherty

The death has occurred in Altnagelvin Hospital of John Doherty, St Anne’s Moyle Road, Newtowncunningham and formerly Sheriffs Mountain, Glenowen.

John will be lovingly missed by his wife Agnes, son Kieran, daughters Jacinta Hegarty and Oonagh McDermott, daughter-in-law Marlena and son-in-law Keith and Martin and Grandson Reuben, brothers and sisters Nicki, Michael, Phylis and Mary and all his extended family and friends. John was predeceased by his brothers and sister James, Charlie, Kevin and Eileen.

Deep are the memories, Precious they stay; No passing of time, Will take them away.

John will be reposing at his late residence from tomorrow, Thursday, 14th March, from 11am to 8.30pm finishing with Rosary. Family time on the morning of the funeral please. Funeral from his late residence, St Anne’s, Moyle Road, on Friday morning, 15th March, at 10.20am going to All Saints Church, Newtowncunningham for 11am requiem mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
