McDONNELL John (Doll) (Late of Poppintree and Ballymun and formerly of East Wall) August 31st 2025. Passed peacefully after a short illness at his home surrounded by his loving family. Predecased by his parents Kitty and Jem, beloved husband of Marie, loving father of Deirdre, John Jnr, Robert and Adrienne and beloved brother of Charlie, Christy, Philip, Liz and Pat and the late Seamus, Paddy, Danny, Esther Coleen, Rose and Mary-Ann. Sadly missed by his family, grandchildren, Craig, Ciara, Aaron, Seán, Ryan, Roy, Leah, John and the late Sarah, great-grandchildren Kai, Bobby, Luca, William, Regan, Casey and Julian, in-laws and partners, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Rom Massey & Sons Funeral Home, the Ballymun Civic Centre, Ballymun Road, D09 RFY6, on Tuesday afternoon, September 2nd, from 3pm to 4:30pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning, September 3rd, at 10am at St Joseph’s Church, Dane Road, followed by burial in Dardistown Cemetery.
