John Doran

The peaceful death has taken place at Letterkenny University hospital of John Doran, 1 Colehill, Newtoncunningham. Predeceased by his late wife Bernadette, baby son Paul, his mother Annie, father John, sister Kathleen, brothers James, Pat and Neil. Much loved father of daughters Fiona (Kevin) and Josephine (Declan), sons Jonathan (Tayna), William (Sinead) and Declan. Cherished grandfather to his 13 grandchildren. John will be sadly missed by his twin brother Hugh, brother Stephen, sisters Ann and Ethna and the extended family circle.

Removal at 4pm today Monday 1st July from Terence McClintock’s Funeral home at Ballyboe, Convoy (F93WF54) to the home of his daughter Josephine and son-in-law Declan McDaid’s home at Killyverry, Newtoncunningham (F93WR9T). Funeral leaving from there on Wednesday at 10.15 for 11am Requiem Mass in All Saint’s Church Newtoncummingham, followed by internment in the adjoining cemetery. Rosary each night at 9pm.

Family time please from 10pm to 11am and on the morning of the Funeral.

Family flowers only donations in lieu to surgical ward one Letterkenny University hospital care of any family member or Terence McClintock Funeral director. There will be a one way system in operation during the wake with entrance via the Galdanagh road.
