Who died on Friday, 5th April 2024,

Aged 89 years.

Peacefully, at University Hospital Waterford, surrounded by his loving family, Predeceased by his son Frank, parents Eddie and May, brother Joe, sister Lily (Sheehan) and Nancy (Drohan).

John will be sadly missed by his loving wife Catherine (Kitty Née Walsh), sons John and David, daughter Sandra (Burfield), daughters-in-law Maureen, Patricia and Adrienne, son-in-law Jim, grandchildren Ciara, Stephen, Darragh, James and Luke, sister Alice (Drohan), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

John will be reposing in Power's Funeral Home Ferrybank, on Sunday, 7th April, from 2.30pm to 3.30pm, John's Removal will take place from his home on Monday, 8th April, to St. Mary's Church, Ballygunner, arriving for Requiem Mass at 12.30pm after which John will be laid to rest in the adjoining cemetery.
