John Ernest Jackson

John Ernest Jackson of Bortlemore, Hacketstown, Co. Carlow passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family in St. Brigid’s Hospice, The Curragh on Friday, 27th December 2024.

John will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his wife Rosemary, son Keith, daughters Shirley, Amanda and Stephanie, daughter-in-law Jillian, sons-in-law John and Gerard, his cherished grandchildren Sophie, Callum, Harry, Isabelle, Jack, Hugo and Amber, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing in Halligan’s Funeral Home, Station Road, Rathvilly (Eircode R93 C560) on Sunday, 29th December from 3pm concluding at 7pm sharp. Funeral Home private thereafter please. Funeral arriving to St. Peter’s Church, Kiltegan on Monday afternoon for 1.30pm Funeral Service after which he will be laid to rest in the adjoining Churchyard.
