John Farrell

Late of 'Skehena House', Ballylinan, Co. Laois and 'Brenfield', Russellstown, Athy, Co. Kildare.

John died peacefully, in the excellent care of all the staff in Naas General Hospital, after a long illness bravely bourne with courage and dignity.

Predeceased by his parents John and Sarah Mary (May) Farrell and siblings Joan and Stan, RIP.

Beloved husband to Carmel, much loved Dad to Evan, David and Emlyn and Grandad John to Max and Tess. Deeply regretted by his brothers Peter, Martin, Christopher and Frank and his sisters Mary and Ann. John will be fondly remembered by his brother-in-law Ciaran, sisters-in-law Brenda, Olive and Mary, daughters-in-law Daryle and Sarah, his nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Rigney's Funeral Home, Athy (R14 TX26) on Friday evening (September 26th) from 6pm until the conclusion of prayers at 8pm. Removal from his residence at 10.30am on Saturday morning (September 27th) to arrive at St. Michael's Parish Church, Athy for Requiem Mass at 11am, see livestream link http://www.parishofathy.ie. Cremation service will follow at 2pm in Newlands Cross Crematorium.
