The death has occurred of

John (Sean) Finnegan

Clonberne, Co. Galway,

formerly of Ballybeg, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo and Burnage, Manchester, England

 

Predeceased by his son, Sean, parents, Michael and Mary, sister, Ann Flynn and Brother Pat Finnegan. John will be deeply missed by his heartbroken wife, Patricia, children, Gerard and Fiona, brothers, Mick and Tom and sister, Catherine, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Clonberne Community Centre, Clonberne, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway (H53 W3W2) on Friday, 20th February 2026 from 5pm until 7pm.

Removal from the family home on Saturday 21st February 2026 to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Clonberne (H53 XC89) for Requiem Mass at 12.30pm, followed by Burial afterwards in Clonberne Cemetery.
