Of Sycamore Drive and Formerly of Ahern's Shop, Emmet Street, Kilmallock, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday 21st May 2025.
Predeceased by his father John, mother Catherine, brother Jimmy and sisters Eileen and Betty.

Beloved uncle to Leonard John, Marie and Anne, cherished grand uncle to Annabel and Harry. John will be sadly missed by his loving family, cousins, lifelong friends and his wonderful neighbours who meant so much to him.

Reposing at McCarthys Funeral Home Kilmallock Saturday 24th May from 7pm to 8pm, followed by evening prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Sunday 25th of May in S.S Peter & Paul's Church Kilmallock, at 11am followed by burial in Kilmallock Cemetery. Funeral mass will be live streamed on www.kilmallockparish.ie
