The death has occurred of
JOHN FORDE
Forde (Shanakiel and formerly of Kilmore Road Lower and Evergreen Street) On March 18th, 2026, unexpectedly at home, surrounded by his loving family, John (late of Star Cabs and St. Vincents Hurling and Football Club) beloved husband of the late Margaret (née Ryan), loving father of Susan, Gillian, Michelle, Vicki and John and dear brother of Angela, Con and the late Michael, David, Eleanor and Kitty. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Gearóid, Sean and Rob, grandchildren Megan, Ellie, Kasey, Nadine, Eoin, Áine and Faye, extended family and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Fordes Funeral Home, South Gate Bridge on Sunday (22nd) from 4:00pm until 5:00pm. Requiem Mass on Monday (23rd) at 11.00 am in St. Mary’s on the Hill Church, Knocknaheeny which may be viewed on Link Here . Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
