GROARKE, John Francis, 15th January, 2026, Woodlawn Park Grove, Firhouse, D.24, late of Swinford, Co. Mayo. Peacefully surrounded by his family, after a short illness in the care of the wonderful staff of Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services, Harold's Cross. Pre-deceased by his son Jonathan and brother Michael.

 

Beloved husband of Anne, loving and much loved dad of Michael, John, Robert, Jarlath, Claire, Sinéad and Raymond, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, his eleven adored grandchildren Daniel, Caoimhe, Dáire, Dónal, Jack, Niamh, Diarmaid, Mae, Isla, Caitríona and Senan, brother Gilbert, sisters Christina (Hannon) and Margie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Massey Bros Funeral Home, Templeogue Village, D6W AC82 this Sunday afternoon, 18th January from 1.30pm to 4pm. Removal from his residence on Monday morning to the Church of Our Lady of Mount. Carmel, Firhouse, arriving for 10am Requiem Mass followed by burial in Bohernabreena Cemetery.
