Peacefully, in his home, surrounded by his devoted family, predeceased by his parents Denis & Mary & brother James. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Mary, daughter Geraldine, adored and adoring grand-children Eliza & John, son-in-law Eddie, dear cousins, extended family & friends.

A private family funeral will take place in strict accordance with government advice and HSE guidelines regarding public gatherings. The number attending will be limited to 50 people. Those who would have liked to attend but cannot, may view the Funeral Mass at http://mycondolences.ie

The funeral cortège arriving at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Effin on Thursday at 1.15 pm for 1.30pm Requiem Mass. Followed by burial. Messages of sympathy may be left in the condolence section below, or post to O'Malley Funeral Director's, Charleville.

John's family wishes to thank the Milford Hospice Palliative Care Team & Night Nursing Service, in collaboration with Dr. Sarah Murphy, GP., Ms. Breda Burke, Public Health Nurse & Associated Services for providing exceptional care to John, allowing him the privilege of remaining in his home.
