(Formerly Nutgrove Avenue, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14) Suddenly and unexpectedly in the wonderful care of the staff at I.C.U. University Hospital Galway, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Mary and Patrick and by his brother Pat. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his loving siblings Chris, Eugene, Mary and Paul, sister-in-law Margaret, brother-in-law Jim, aunts Nuala and Phyllis, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway

Cremation Service to take place at Shannon Crematorium on Thursday 14th April, 2022 at 2.00 p.m.
