John (Frank) Larkin

Ballybrennan, Bree, Wexford /Greystones, Wicklow..

John (Frank) Larkin, peacefully at home after a short illness, bravely borne. Adored partner & best friend of Mary, wonderful step dad to Harry & Ben. Will be lovingly remembered by Mona, Jer, James, Paul, Libby, Brigid, Aoibhe, Molly, Patrick, his many friends & his faithful companion Pippa. 

In accordance with his wishes, Frank’s body has been donated to medical science.  House private please.

  Special thanks to the Oncology team in Ely House (Rachel), Wexford Hospice Homecare (Jess, Laura & Sharon), Irish Cancer Society Nurses Aisling & Grainne, PHN’s Teresa Codd & Sinéad Fox, carer Samantha Carr, Dr Anne Horgan, Dr Tom Breslin & Dr Ann Marie Leech. 

With the help of all the above people, we were able to have Frank at home with us, ensuring his final wishes were met.

There is no night without a dawning 

No winter without a spring.

And beyond the dark horizon,  

Our hearts will once more sing ….

For those who leave us for a while,

Have only gone away,

Out of a restless, care worn world

Into a brighter day
