John FURLONG

The death has occurred of John Furlong of Dublin and formerly of Sally Villa, Rosslare Strand, Co. Wexford ; passed away suddenly on 20th March 2026.

John is predeceased by his parents Laurence and Mae and his sisters Patricia and Maura. He will be sadly missed by his brothers Lorcan, Brian, and Maurice and his sister Deirdre. Also by his sisters-in-law Anne, Eileen, and Phil, his brother-in-law Vip, his nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

John’s cremation service will take place this Friday afternoon (March 27th) at 1:00pm to 1:20pm at Glasnevin Crematorium Chapel at Glasnevin Cemetery. Arrival by 12:45pm is advised.

In June/July, John’s ashes will be taken to Rosslare Strand for a final farewell. No flowers please.
