John Gallagher

Gallagher, John – 29th March 2020 (late of the Coombe, Dublin 8) peacefully in Hollybrook Nursing Home and in the exceptional care of all the team in the nursing home. Greatly missed by his extended family Mick, Mark, Ruth, Sarah, Emily, Peter, Noeleen, Brian, Victoria, Glenn, Gillian, Carly, Sophie, Lucy, Catherine, Paddy, Joseph, Katie and the large group of friends and members of the Liberties community and beyond who both knew and loved him. John was a colossus of the Liberties who did so much for the community. We will never see his like again.

Given the exceptional climate, and to protect the welfare of everyone who knew John, a private funeral will be held for immediate family. When the current public health crisis has passed, John’s family look forward to welcoming you to a celebration of his life, which will rival the funeral of Daniel O' Connell!.
