John Gallagher

John Gallagher retired Army Sergeant, 3rd Infantry Battalion, Curragh Camp, late of Leinster Court, Kirwins Lane, Athy and formerly Cootehill, Co. Cavan.  Passed away peacefully on 1st April, surrounded by his family at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise. Pre-deceased by his parents Nellie and John and brother Martin.  He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, sisters Breeda, Moira and Tricia, brothers-in-law Harvey and Chris, stepson Jonathan, stepdaughters Isabella, Ann, Glenda, Gina, Amber and their partners, all his grandchildren, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, neighbours, relatives, family and friend’s.

Reposing at his home on Wednesday 5th April from 11am until the conclusion of prayers at 7pm. Funeral Mass at 11am on Thursday 6th April in St. Bridget’s Church, Curragh Camp, Link for Mass St. Bridget's Church . Followed  by committal service at 3.30pm in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan Town.
