John Gallagher

 

Former Principal of Scoil Muire agus Padraig, Swinford.

Peacefully at his home surrounded by his family following a short illness bravely borne on Tuesday September 30th.

Pre-deceased by his parents Hubert and Catherine and his brother Seamus. R.I.P.

 

Deeply mourned by his devoted wife Mary and his children Claire, Shane, Michael and Aidan, his much-adored grandchildren Grace, Seán, Niamh, Hugh, Kate, Maedbh and Saoirse, his daughters-in-law Lorraine, Caríona and Eliza, his brother Michael and his sister Maureen, his extended family, and his wide circle of friends and neighbours.

The grief of our loss may be with us a long time, but the joy of our memories will stay forever.

Reposing in Campbell's Funeral Home, Swinford (F12YE00) on Friday 3rd October from 5pm until 7.30pm with removal to the Church of Our Lady Help of Christians, Swinford arriving at 8pm.

 

John's Funeral Mass will take place at 11am on Saturday 4th prior to burial in Kilconduff Cemetery.

 

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Swinford Meals and Wheels.
