John Gerard (Gerry) McKIERNAN

Gerry McKiernan of Bray, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Drumcullion, Co. Leitrim, passed away peacefully, on Monday 24th June, 2024, surrounded by his loving family while in the exceptional care of the Blackrock Hospice, following a long illness courageously fought. Mourned and missed by his loving wife Pauline, daughter Claire, son Brian, daughter-in-law Valentina, his adored granddaughter Livia and grandson Ruairi, sister Carmel, brother Myles, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Margaret, brothers Joe and Mikey and sisters Maura and baby Margaret Patricia.

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray, on Thursday (June 27) from 7.00pm to 8.30pm. Requiem Mass on Friday (June 28) at 11.00am in the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer, Main Street, Bray, followed by burial in Springfield Cemetery, Killarney Road, Bray. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Blackrock Hospice. House private.
