The death has occurred of
John Gilbert
Gilbert, John. Phillipstown, Crossakiel, Kells, Co. Meath and Glen Heron, Baltray, Co. Louth. 18th October 2025. Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. John will be sadly missed by his parents Susan and Ross, his sisters Kym and Robyn, his nephew Cuán, his extended family, friends, housemates and support workers.

Reposing at McEntee's Funeral Home, Kells (A82K0D7) on Tuesday evening from 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock. Removal on Wednesday afternoon at 1.30 arriving at Lakelands Crematorium for a celebration of John's life at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Downs Syndrome Ireland.
