John Greenan

On April 6th, 2026, John died peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, following an illness endured with grace and dignity. Pre-deceased by his brother Terry and his parents James and Josephine Greenan.

 

John will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by his beloved wife Betty, his sons Shane, Darragh and Niall, daughters-in-law Anthea, Mary and Kate, his treasured grandchildren Liam, James and Amy, Senan, Kyle and Caelan, Oliver and Sophie, his brothers Eddie and Jimmy, and his sister Margaret.

 

Funeral Arrangement

Wednesday, 8th April 2026

John will lie in Repose in Mahon’s Funeral Home (F52 ND23) from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Thursday, 9th April 2026

 

The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at St Joseph’s Church, Boyle (F52 TY46). This will be available to watch online Live streaming link: https://www.boyleparish.ie/web-cam/

 

Following the service, burial will take place in Assylin Cemetery.

 

House private, please.
