The death has occurred of
John Hallissey
Hallissey (Glasheen, Cork) On February 24th 2022, peacefully, in the excellent care of Darraglynn Nursing Home, JOHN (late of Telecom Éireann), beloved husband of Carmel, loving father of Ann (Kenny), Gerard and Emer (Bambury), adoring grandfather of Clíona, Alison, Daniel, Emelia, Stephen and Rory and dear brother of Teresa and the late Bridie.
Sadly missed by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, sister, sons-in-law Edwin and Michael, daughter-in-law Siobhán, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Requiem Mass at 2pm on Monday (February 28th) in St. Joseph’s SMA, Wilton which can be viewed on
Funeral afterwards to St. James’ Cemetery, Chetwynd.
