John Halton

The death has occurred of John Halton, Nottingham and formerly of Athboy, Co. Meath, 16th June 2024. Peacefully at home in the loving care of his wife and family. Following a battle with leukaemia borne with great dignity and strength. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Annie, sisters Kathleen and Anne, brothers Paddy and Jimmy. Much loved husband of Margaret, loving father of Rachel, Linda, John, Tom and Carol. Devoted Grandad and Papa of Sean, Owen, Grace, Hannah, Daniel, Harper, and Walter. John will be greatly missed by his family, sister Mag, brother Alfie, daughter-in-law Sheridan, sons-in-law John and Jon, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family and friends.

May John Rest in Eternal Peace.

Reposing at Mullens Funeral Home, Athboy (C15KW58) on Thursday evening from 4pm until 7pm. Removal on Friday morning leaving his daughter Linda's residence arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am in St.James' Church, Athboy, followed by burial in Athlumney Old Cemetery, Navan.
