Hanley, John, 4th May 2024 (Kilnamanagh) (unexpectedly), at home; beloved husband of Valerie, much loved dad of Siobhan, Kathy, Elizabeth, Gemma, and Amy, adored grandad of Lauren, Conor, Ashling, Leah, Nathan, Alex, Cian, Sophie, Alice, Aoife, Robin, Freya, Daisy-Mae and Rosie, great-grandad of Luke and Isabelle and loving father-in-law of the late Ian. John will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Michael, Rob, Fearghal and Simon, brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.​

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, The Square, Tallaght (opp Tallaght stadium) on Sunday (12th May) from 2pm to 4pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Monday (13th May) at 11am in St Mary’s Church, The Priory, Tallaght Village and afterwards for burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery.
