John Hay Townsend (Johno) Gahan
John Hay Townsend (Johno) Gahan of Shankill, Co. Dublin, passed away peacefully at home on 8th November, 2021, in his 95th year, beloved husband of the late Mary, devoted father of Elizabeth, Peter, Edward and Susanna, adored Pa Pa of Jennifer, Laura, Brian, JJ, Jimmy Finn, Johnnie, Phoebe and Eóghan, fondly remembered by his sons-in-law Peter and Jimmy, daughter-in-law Nóirín, sadly missed by all his nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Bray on Sunday (14th November) from 3.00pm-5.00pm. Funeral Mass on Monday (15th November) at 11.00am in St. Anne’s Church, Shankill followed by burial in Dean’s Grange Cemetery. The mass may be viewed online at stannesparishshankill.com. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the RNLI.
