John HAYDEN

John Hayden of 118 New Oak Estate, Carlow and formerly Bridge St, Graiguecullen, Carlow, passed away peacefully, on April 13th, 2026 at his home.

Beloved husband of the late Mary and much loved father of Melanie and Sinead, adored grandfather of Leah, Daniel, Joey, Ella, Sean and Hayden and cherished brother of Breda, Nuala and the late Elizabeth, Dano, Frank and Pa.

He will be sadly missed by his loving daughters, grandchildren sons-in-law Eamonn and Peter, sister, brother-in-law Seamus, sister-in-law Margaret, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and many friends.

May John’s Gentle Soul Rest In Peace

John will repose at his home, 118 New Oak Estate, Carlow (Eircode R93 H0A9) on Tuesday April 14th from 3pm until 7pm pausing for Prayers at 6.30pm. Removal from there on Wednesday morning at 9.30am to The Cathedral of the Assumption, Carlow arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am. Burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.
