John Hayes

Hayes (Casement Road, Bandon) on May 28th 2025, unexpectedly after a short illness bravely borne. John, (the 12th BN RDF), son of the late Denis and Kathleen and dear brother of Sammy, Sheila, Catherine, Lily, Donncha and the late Norma, and uncle of the late Jennifer.

 

Sadly missed by his heartbroken brothers and sisters, sister-in-law Margaret, brothers-in-law John Brooks and John O'Gorman, nephews and nieces Philomena, Joseph, Greg, Melissa, Trina, Christopher, Siobhán, Denise, Aoife, Liam and Helen, cousins, neighbours and a large circle of friends especially John O'Driscoll.

 

John will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home on Friday from 6pm followed by prayers at 7pm.

 

Removal on Saturday at 12.30pm from Funeral Home via The By Pass and passing his home in Casement Road en route to St. Patrick's Church, Bandon for Requiem Mass at 1pm which will be livestreamed on www.bandonparish.ie/live/, funeral afterwards to the adjoining Cemetery.
