The death has occurred of
John Healy
John Healy of “SeaView” Blackditch, Newcastle, Co. Wicklow who passed away on 9th February 2014 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Maureen and much loved and loving father of Linda, Michelle, Kevin, Martina, Claire and John Jnr. He will be sadly missed by his loving family, his 14 grandchildren and great-grandchild Kate, his brother Raymond and sister Josie, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.
Resting at his home from 4pm until 8pm on Monday and from 2pm until 6pm on Tuesday evening. House private thereafter on Tuesday prior to the removal to St Anthony’s Church Kilcoole arriving for reception prayers at 8.15pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11am followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery.
John’s family would like to thank the Doctors and staff of St Vincent’s University Hospital, the palliative care nurses, the cancer nurses, his carer Mary, the Doctors and staff of Salem medical centre and his good friends in Newcastle and from far and wide. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.
