The death has occurred of
John Hegarty
HEGARTY (Cappamore, Ballydehob): on December 8th 2022 peacefully in the excellent care of the staff at Fairfield Nursing Home, Drimoleague. JOHN loving husband of the late Philomena (nee O’Sullivan), brother of Betty O’Sullivan, Con, Bridie Holland and Teddy, brother-in-law of Kathleen O’Shea, Angela Foley and Marianne Hegarty. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and a large circle of friends.
Reposing at his residence in Cappamore (P81 FT89) on Friday, December 9th 2022, from 6pm to 8pm followed by Prayers. Requiem Mass on Saturday, December 10th 2022, at 12 noon in St. Brigid’s Church, Ballydehob. This will be livestreamed via https://corklivestream.com/funerals. Funeral afterwards to St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Coronea, Skibbereen.
