HEGARTY (Westside, Togher, Cork): On September 17th, 2025, peacefully, surrounded by his children at the Cork University Hospital, JOHN, dearly loved dad of Kieran, Jack, Noelle and Sarah and husband of the late Maureen, dear brother of Maura, Josephine, Helen, Patrick and the late Declan and Baby Geraldine.

 

Sadly missed by his loving family, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends, especially missed by his best friend Don.

 

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’ Connor Ltd. on Friday (September 19th) from 2.00pm to 3.00pm.

 

Requiem Mass at 12.00noon on Saturday (September 20th) in the Church of the Way of the Cross, Togher.

 

Funeral afterwards to St. James’ Cemetery, Chetwynd.
