The death has occurred of
John Hennessy
Hennessy (Ballinvrinsig, Waterfall, Nr. Cork and formerly of Upton) On March 18th 2025, peacefully after a short illness at his home, John, beloved husband of Catherine (née O’Sullivan) and loving father of Shane, Liam and Kevin also Paul, Karen, Laura and Maria and cherished grandfather of Jack also Killian, Zoe, Jeff, Abbey, Jake, Leah, Rubie, Robbie, Callum, Caoimhe and Noah. Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, brother Patrick, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, partners, sister-in-law Maureen, nephews Stephen and Christopher, godson David, aunt Kitty, uncle Pat, cousins, relatives, work colleagues, kind neighbours and friends.
Rest in peace.
Lying in repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig on Wednesday (19th) from 6pm with prayers at 7pm. Requiem Mass at 10.30 am Thursday (20th) in St Patrick’s Church, Knockavilla followed by Cremation in the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy.
