JOHN HENRY (JACK) SHORTEN
SHORTEN (Bealad, Clonakilty and formerly of Woodfield, Clonakilty): On May 9th 2023 peacefully surrounded by his family and in the loving care of the staff at Clonakilty Community Hospital. JOHN HENRY (JACK) beloved husband of the late Gladys (nee Stanley), dear father of Ronald, Karl, and Amanda. Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters in law Betty and Sylvia, grandchildren Andrew, Brian, Lorelle, Mark, Sarah, Laura and Keelan, sisters Lily, Evie, and Violet, brother Bill, sister in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Clonakilty on Wednesday, 10th May 2023, from 7pm to 8pm followed by Removal to Castleventry Church, (P85X634). Funeral Service on Thursday, 11th May 2023, at 2pm. This will be livestreamed on http://mycondolences.ie/. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
