John Holland

The death has occurred of John J. Holland of Belrose, Drumree rd, Dunshaughlin Co Meath, originally Killala Co Mayo, suddenly after an illness on 24th Dec 2024. He is survived by his loving wife Patty and children Denise, Ronan, Elaine, Shane and Aveen, his sister Gretta Donohue and daughters in laws Carol and Shelley, Grandchildren Joe, Louis, Hugo, Enora ,Danú,Toraigh and Altan . He is also missed by his many nieces and nephews and the wider Donohoe family of Killala and Bradys of Elphin, sisters in law Meta and Maud Brady.

John was the founder and former Principal at Dunshaughlin Community College and of Nobber Technical School. He will repose at Mc Entaggarts Funeral Home, The Gables, Dunshaughlin A85DE70 on Sunday from 3 pm until 7 pm. Funeral Mass on Monday December 30th at 11am in SS St Patricks and Seachnalls Church, Dunshaughlin followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.
