John Howe

The death has occurred of

John Howe

Cloonamirren, Mountshannon, Clare

The death has occurred of John Howe. After suffering a recent stroke, he died with family by his side at the University Hospital Limerick on the 28th January, 2026. It gives comfort to the family to know that John is now at peace. A man who was loved more than he would ever know and by so many more people than he would ever have imagined. A quiet, lone, fiercely independent man who lived his life in the way he chose to live it.

Beloved father, brother, grandfather, known as "Grandad Howe" and "Gramps" and great grandfather, greatly loved and is missed already by his daughter Shannon, sons Quentin and Addison, his sister Alma, brothers Les, George and Ken, son-in-law Andrew, daughters-in-law Denise and Cathrine, grandchildren Benjamin, Winston, Annie, Lily, James, Tallulah and Rufus, great grandchildren Daisy, Leo, Henry, Julius, Poppy, Rose, Hudson, Xander and Mason.
