HUGHES John (Late of Ballymun, formerly of The Liberties and retired from Dublin City Council, Paving Department, Marrowbone Lane) December 3rd 2024. Passed peacefully, in the loving care of his family and the staff of St. Brigid’s Ward, Mater Hospital. Beloved husband of Patricia (Pat), loving father of Sandra, John, Gary, Richard, Liza, Gerard, David, Patricia, Paul and Darren and beloved brother of the late Christy, Richard and Maura. Sadly missed by his cherished 23 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, in-laws and partners, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Rom Massey & Sons Funeral Home, the Ballymun Civic Centre, Ballymun Road, D09 RFY6, on Thursday evening, December 5th, from 6.30pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Friday morning, December 6th, at 10am at the Church of The Holy Spirit, Sillogue Road, followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.
