John (Jack) Divilly

The death has occurred of John Divilly (Jack), Main Street, Headford, Co. Galway, 5th May 2024. Jack passed away suddenly but peacefully at home. Beloved father of David, and his wife Cathy (Cork), Marie, and her partner Joao (Wexford), adored grandfather of Lauren, Maitiú and Caelan. Deeply mourned by his sisters Mary Whitfield (Australia), Cathy Cecil (Moyne), Ann (Galway) and his brother Michael (Luimnagh), brothers-in-law Roy and Pat, sister-in-law Bernie, nieces, nephews, Patricia, his neighbours and many friends. Jack is pre-deceased by his parents James and Mary and his sister Helen Kenny (Coventry).

Reposing at Carey’s Funeral Home, Headford (H91 E6X9) on Wednesday evening from 5pm until 7pm. Arriving at St. Mary’s Church, Headford, on Thursday morning for requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Cloughanover Cemetery. Mass can be viewed live on Headford Parish Facebook Page or www.churchtv.ie/headford Family flowers only, by request.
