The McGrath family would like to thank all the staff in Kilbarry Care Home for their kindness and care given to Jack.

Predeceased by his parents, brothers and sisters.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Margaret, son Stephen, daughter-in-law Louise, granddaughter Kelly and husband Jonny, great granddaughter Orla-Daisy, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May He Rest in Peace.

Requiem Mass on arrival in St. Marys Ballygunner, on Tuesday (25th November) at 11:30am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
