John (Jack) McKENNA
John (Jack) McKenna of Bray, Co. Wicklow, passed away peacefully, in his 92nd year, on Tuesday, 16th July, 2024, at St. James’ Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Maureen, much loved father of Jacinta, Anne, Valerie, Antoinette, John, Richard, Fiona and James; dearly loved by his 19 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; loving brother of Nancy, Jimmy, Noel and the late Joan; sadly missed by his sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.
Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Friday (July19) from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday (July 20) at 11.00am in the Church of Our Lady Queen of Peace, Putland Road, Bray, followed by burial in Springfield Cemetery, Killarney Road, Bray. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to St. James’ Hospital Foundation.
