John [Jackie] Quirke

Jackie passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on the 12th August 2025.

Beloved son of the late Timothy and May Quirke and also pre-deceased by his sisters Noreen and Ann.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Bridie, his children Brendan, Donal, Alan, Fiona, Annette, John P, Veronica, David and Paul.

Deeply mourned by his loving family – his wife, sons, daughters​​​​, sisters Kay and Bridie, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, partners, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, great-grandchildren, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Eamonn O’Connor’s Funeral Home, Firies on Thursday evening from 4.30PM to 7.30PM. Funeral cortege for John [Jackie] Quirke will arrive to St Gertrude’s Church, Firies on Friday morning at 10.50AM for Requiem Mass at 11.00AM followed by burial afterwards in New Kilnanare Cemetery, Firies.
