The death has occurred of John James McKeon, peacefully at his home, 9 Ard na Sí, Mohill, on September 16th 2023. John James (formerly of Glebe St. Mohill, Co. Leitrim), is predeceased by his beloved wife Mary, infant daughter Majella, brothers Aloysius (London) Bernie and Tommy (USA) sister Kathleen Kennedy, (Gorvagh) and dear father toMary Ellen Walpole, Colleen O’Connell, Fionnuala O’Donnell, Edel Maguad, John McKeon, Madeleine Murphy and Clare Keville. John James will be sadly missed by his loving family, sons in-law, daughter in law, his fourteen grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his home on Monday September 18 th from 2pm to 5pm. House will be private outside of these hours.
Removal arriving at St. Patrick’s Church, Mohill, Co. Leitrim on Monday evening 7pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday 12noon followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. John James funeral can be viewed on www.churchtv.ie/mohill
