John Joe Barry

The death has occurred of John Joe Barry of Knockanure Village, Moyvane and formerly of Birmingham, England, peacefully in University Hospital Kerry surrounded by his loving wife and family.  Predeceased by his parents Mick and Mai Barry, Knockanure. John Joe, beloved husband of Mary and loving father to Theresa (Athea) Angela (Moyvane) Anthony (Mayo) Mary, Bernadette, Michael and Brenda (Birmingham) 17 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins, neighbours and his many friends.

In accordance with HSE guidelines, a private Requiem Mass will be held for John Joe in Corpus Christi Church, Knockanure at 12.00 noon on Monday, 16th November, followed by burial afterwards in Ahavoher Cemetery, Moyvane. Only 25 people can attend mass.

Those who wish to pay their respects can do so as the funeral cortege leaves Corpus Christi, Church, Knockanure at 1.00 p.m. approx on route to Ahavoher Cemetery and also by clicking on the condolence button below.   Family flowers only.
