The death has occurred of
John-Joe Geaney
Geaney (Curravalley, Skibbereen): On June 16th 2022, peacefully in the exceptional care of the Doctor's, nurses and staff of Bantry General Hospital, and in the presence of his heart-broken family, John-Joe, beloved husband of the late Christina (nee O'Shea), and loving father of Maura, Carmel, Catherine and Colm. Sadly missed by his loving family, brother Jerome, late sister Mary, sons-in-law Paul, Paddy and Paul, devoted grandfather to Sara, Keeva, Aoife, Rachel, Cate & Aishling, niece, sister-in-law, relatives, kind neighbours, carers and his many friends.

Reposing in Shanahans Funeral Home, Leap on Sunday, 19th June from 5pm to 7pm, followed by prayers. Requiem Mass on Monday, 20th June at 12noon in St. Patrick's Cathedral, Skibbereen. Funeral immediately afterwards to St. Patrick's Cemetery, Coronea, Skibbereen. Messages of condolences for John-Joe's family may be left on the link below.
