John Joe Lee Carnakib, Headford, Co. Galway, peacefully at home on the 14th of September 2020. Predeceased by his beloved wife Nora (nee Connell), son Tom grandson Darren, sister Mary Delia and brother Michael. Deeply regretted by his loving family, John Gerard, Veronica Glynn (New York), Noel (Connecticut), Paraic, Cormac, Ciaran (New York), David (Georgia), Yvonne Kelly (Kilmaine), Deirdre Curran (Headford) and Karen McCormack (Carnakib), sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Sr. Teresa Lee (England), nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May John Joe's Soul Rest in Peace

Reposing at his home on Tuesday, 15th September, for family and close friends. Removal from his home on Wednesday, 16th of September, to arrive at St. Mary's Church, Claran, for Requiem Mass at 1 o'clock. Funeral afterwards to Killursa cemetery. Mass will be broadcast live on churchtv.ie/claran. For those of you who would have liked to attend the funeral, but are unable to do so due to the current restrictions, please pass on your sympathies in the condolence section below.

John Joe's funeral cortege will leave the house at approx 12.25pm, taking at right at Gerry & Helen Walsh's house, over to the T junction, right and over to Claran Church
