The death has occurred of
John Joe (Tá Sé) O'Shea
Formerly of Midleton,
4th Battalion Congo Veteran (1962-1963) Spike Island & Haulbowline.
Peacefully after a short Illness surrounded by his loving family and in the loving care of all at Brookfield Care Centre, Leamlara. Beloved husband of Eileen, much – loved father of John, Marie, Denis, Timothy, Rebecca & Alan, loving brother of Denis, Mary & the late Jane & Cathy & adored granddad to his eleven grandchildren & two great-grandchildren. Sadly missed & lovingly remembered by his wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother, sister, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours & a wide circle of friends.

John Joe will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home, Newtown Rd. Cobh P24Y383 on Friday, April 14th, from 4.30pm with rosary at 6pm. Removal on Saturday, April 15th, at 10.30am to St, Colman’s Cathedral for 11am Requiem Mass followed by burial in St. Colman’s Cemetery.
