The death has occurred of
John (Johnny) Barry
Barry (Mitchelstown) On November 16th 2020, peacefully, at Cork University Hospital, John (Johnny), Robert Street, Mitchelstown and formerly of Croughevoe, Ballygiblin. Beloved husband of Margaret (Peggy) (nee O’Gorman), loving father of Mairead (Arizona) and dear brother of Matthew, Mary (O’Connell), Peig (Duggan) and the late Kit (Gleeson) and Eddie (Ned). Sadly missed by his loving family, son-in-law Fabrice Buschtetz, grandchildren Steven, Killian and Laura, great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Mary Barry, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Johnny’s funeral cortège will travel via King’s Square, Georges Street, Robert Street, Main Street, Brigown & Mulberry Road to the Church of Our Lady Conceived Without Sin, Mitchelstown, for Requiem Mass on Wednesday (November 18th) at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
