John (Johnny) Cook
John passed away peacefully on Saturday 19th February in the care of Galway University Hospital.

Predeceased by his mother Anne (Kitty), father Les and brother Paul, John is deeply mourned by his brother Michael (England), nephews Connor and Rory, cousins, extended family, relatives and many friends.

John will repose in Dignity Funeral Home, Portumna Retirement Village (H53 AY18), Monday 21st February 6pm to 7pm.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated for the repose of John's soul Tuesday 22nd February in Church of the Ascension, Gortanumera at 11am.
Burial will take place immediately after in Church-hill Cemetery.
