John (Johnny) GILBRIDE, Auburn Village, Mullingar (formerly of the Melvin Lodge, Longford and Rossinver, Co. Leitrim) August 17, 2025, (peacefully) with his loving family, in the exceptional care of the nurses and staff at Bethany House, Tyrrellspass; pre-deceased by his beloved wife Lucinda (Enda), his sisters Rita, Cathleen and Anna, brothers Josie and Phil (John’s Twin). Dearly loved father of Yvonne, Traci, Shane and Paul. John will be sadly missed by his family, his adored grandchildren Conall, Lucia, Emma, Kallen, John, Zach and Aimee, daughters-in-law Sabine and Triona, son-in-law Niall, his sister Nellie, his nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives and wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Shaws Funeral Home, Bishopsgate St., Mullingar on Tuesday, August 19, from 4.00 o'c. concluding with prayers at 6.00 o'c. With removal to the Cathedral of Christ the King arriving at 6.30 o'c. Funeral Mass on Wednesday afternoon at 2.00 o'c. followed by burial in Ballyglass Cemetery.
