The death has occurred of
John (Johnny) O'Brien
O’BRIEN (Upper Tawnies, McCurtain Hill, Clonakilty): on June 20th 2024 peacefully at his residence. JOHN (Johnny) O’Brien beloved husband of Kathleen, much loved father of Seán, Kevin, Dermot, Siobhan, Maria, Colette and Katherina, dearest uncle to Fiona. Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, sons-in-law Paul, Jimmy and Gerry, daughters-in-law Gillian and Evita, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother-in-law John, sister-in-law Barbara, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Requiem Mass on Monday, June 24th 2024, at 2pm in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clonakilty. This will be livestreamed here. Funeral afterwards to St Mary’s Cemetery, Clonakilty.

John’s Funeral Cortege will leave his residence on Monday, June 24th 2024, at 12.45pm proceeding via Old Chapel Lane, Patrick Street, Bridge Street, Kent Street, Connolly Street, Park Road, Western Road and onwards to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clonakilty.
