John (Johnny) O'Donoghue

The death has occurred of John (Johnny) O’Donoghue, Ballycanana, Ballysteen, Askeaton, Co. Limerick, on the 30th of September 2022, peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by son Tommy, parents, brothers and sisters. John will be very sadly missed and remembered with fondness by his loving wife Margaret, sons Sean, Fergal and daughters Catriona, Valerie, Marguerite, daughters in law Daniella and Jessa, sons in law Stephen and Hugh, grandson David all his other grandchildren, brothers Pakie, James, George and Peter, sisters Josie and Bridget and a large circle of friends and neighbours.  

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Downey’s Funeral Home, Pallaskenry, on Sunday, 2nd October, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, followed by removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballysteen. Funeral Mass on Monday, 3rd October, in St. Patrick’s Church, Ballysteen, at 12:00 noon followed by burial immediately afterwards in Kilcornan Cemetery.
